the room was decent size and budget, with a balcony overlooking the harbour. the location was perfect and excellent, walk from a bus stop.

I really enjoyed staying in this convenientsmall hotel. The staff were amazing and awesome, overall. The booked room was tidy and tasteful with comfortable beds. The property was set in a central area right by shops/restaurants nearby and downtown / old town in Heraklion and open till midnight. I had coffee at Hacienda, located within 5 minutes walk.

We stayed in a standard room which was neat and air conditioned. It had a bath in the tiled bathroom. Walk from a bus stop, the location was favourable and ideal, on the harbor.

Unbeatable and excellent location including a bus stop walk from the place. Good restaurant not too far away from the hotel. Very clean bed, tiled bathroom and a fridge, central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. A wide array of amazing food.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a state-of-the-art museum. The hotel was in a very residential area.

Best aspects of our romantic escape were the stunning sea view from our room and the convenient location of the hotel. Being situated between the airport and the historic city center made it easy for us to explore both areas without any hassle. the hotel staff provided us with great recommendations for local food and nearby attractions, adding an extra touch to our experience. it felt like a little vacation within our business trip.

The poor water pressure in the shower, but we managed by using the hand basin to pour water over ourselves. Another drawback was the noise from planes taking off, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

Everything is perfect, the room is spotless with balcony, air conditioning and AC. The location is perfect and amazing, 15 minutes' walk to a state-of-the-art museum.

The hotel was in the central setting between the 2 ports. I found nice Mcdonald's by accident, it was at a short distance from the venue. Good bed, room was budget, with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. Private bathroom.

I got great value for my money at the Poseidon hotel. The room had a stunning view of the port and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful, giving us tips for the best beaches to visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus station.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider selection of options.
